Easy to use wizards

Configuring IntaChange Enterprise is easy using simple, 4 step wizards. You can set it up to use any type of change documentation naming system you wish, for example ‘Change Requests’, ‘Requests for Change’, ‘Trouble ‘Tickets’, ‘Incidents’, ‘Problems’, ‘Issues’ etc.

Record vital information

Define precisely what information you want to store about a change. There’s no limit to the number of fields you can define, or the types of fields you can have. You can decide whether fields are mandatory or optional and derived fields, and field values can be used for calculation purposes, just like a spreadsheet.

Specify who can do what

You can specify which user roles are allowed to perform whatever actions you decide and determine which privileges, or permissions are granted to specified groups of users.

512 MB (or the minimum RAM required to run the operating system, whichever is higher)

Recommended hardware requirements

CPU Required:

2.0 GHz 64-bit processor (or faster)

RAM Required:

2 GB (or higher)

Server operating system requirements

Windows 2008 server R2 or later is required

Client software requirements

Client machines requiring standard user access to IntaChange Enterprise require only

• Internet Explorer (Version 11 onwards)

• or Mozilla Firefox.

INSTALLATION

Time and costs are kept to a minimum, because IntaChange Enterprise is installed on a central server and doesn’t need to be installed or configured on individual machines.
