IntaChange released

IntaChange©, the new change management software built using .NET technology, has been officially released. The 100% web-based product has been specifically developed by change management experts, Intasoft, to cater for the next generation of Internet computing.

‘IntaChange will appeal to managers at all levels because it is simple to use, yet highly innovative’, says Tony Collins, Managing Director of Intasoft, ‘A key benefit is the tight integration with Microsoft Project©, that automatically feeds real-time information from IntaChange change requests into MSProject records and vice versa. If you like MSProject’s Documents and Issues, wait till you see the IntaChange interface in action. IntaChange will save managers time and money by speeding up workflow and automating tasks. Further savings are also made with the central web-based installation, set-up and configuration’.

IntaChange’s user friendly web-browser has a central administration screen that makes it easy to request changes and to log and track the full change process from a central location. Full audit trails are provided and associated documents can be attached for accurate record keeping.

IntaChange has many automated features, including automated routing, escalation, assignments and email alerts. It is also highly customizable to existing workflows, terminology, and user preferences. The out-of-the-box configuration is ITIL compliant, and it can be adapted to suit any other working standard.
