A number is automatically assigned to every change, guaranteeing that the request has been logged in the system. In less than 3 month’s time we were able to teach the IT staff of 37 how to use it to support the changes for 181 applications and services that we operate on over 120 servers. We also passed a SAS70 Certification for our Funds Services Division which would not have been possible without IntaChange.
