Licensing
Flexible licensing options are great value for money
Buy AllChange for named or concurrent users, with different options.
Concurrent licensesConcurrent or ‘floating’ licenses let you install AllChange on your entire network. A cost-effective option because you don’t have to buy named licenses for users who only use AllChange on an ad-hoc basis. Anyone with permission can use AllChange simultaneously, up to your user limit. |

Named and Concurrent licenses are available in four options.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
FULL LICENSE: The most popular license because it provides full access to the complete change and configuration management features of AllChange, subject to whatever approval and security mechanisms you have defined.
CR ONLY: Need to update Change Requests but not Configuration items or Release details? If so then the CR (Change Request) Only license is ideal.
Simply buy a minimum of 5 Full Licenses and then buy as many CR Only Licenses at 37% of the Full License cost, as you wish.
FREE ‘READ ONLY’: A very popular option. Give ‘Read Only’ Licenses to your managers, clients, users etc, so they can access the information they need, when they need it, subject to whatever security levels you have defined.’Read Only’ Licenses are completely FREE. Simply buy a minimum of 5 Full Licenses and have as many ‘Read Only’ Licenses as you wish, at no extra charge.With ‘Read Only’ access everyone can get the picture as it is today rather than as it was yesterday and the added bonus … development never needs to get involved.
FLEXI-LICENSE: Short-term licenses which can be purchased on a monthly basis, to help you cope with projects that require high demand from in-house, contract or freelance users.
