Intasoft, developers of the UK’s leading change and configuration management software, AllChange, have today announced the launch of their new online Support Forum. The new portal will provide customers with an area where they can post general CM topics and participate in discussions with other AllChange users worldwide.

The forum is exclusively available to AllChange users with support contracts who are members of the AllChange User Group. Members of the forum can swap ideas, code snips, information and views on any change and configuration management topics, including problems, technical questions and hints and tips.

There is also a support area in the forum that allows users to raise queries and issues and get feedback from other AllChange users, both experienced and new.

Users will be able to communicate amongst themselves using the private email messaging system and buddy lists. They will also be able to create their own on-line user profiles.
