Opticon

Opticon are an Australian consultancy, involved in a wide variety of technology releated projects. These range from Customer Relationship Management, electronic commerce and on-line service delivery, process analysis and workflow solutions, through electronic document and records management, data warehousing and geographic information systems.

One example of how they are using AllChange, is for a customer of theirs called Super Partners, a superannuation helpdesk and management company who manage funds and helpdesks for a range of companies.

Super Partners answer all customer queries from the helpdesks, without the customer knowing that they have been routed through to a separate company.

Opticon manage the scripting of the system, including configuration of the routing, voicemail, queue and on hold messages. AllChange is used to manage the telephony scripts and the relationships between them.
