Your invitation to join the AllChange 7.2 Beta program

The Beta release of AllChange 7.2 is now available for download from our web site. Beta testing will run from December 12th until late January.

If you would like to participate in testing the Beta, just click here to download.

There are significant benefits from participating in the Beta Test. You have an opportunity to use the software before it becomes commercially available, to see how well it meets your particular requirements. You can use the software and submit suggestions/ideas which will directly help you to achieve your business objectives more efficiently and more productively.

The AllChange Beta includes:

    User Improvements:

    • Improved functionality to support parallel development
    • Ability to restrict users’ read access of items
    • Ability to hide portions of the part tree
    • Optimised refreshing to speed up browsing in AllChange
    • Ability to attach information to item relationships
    • Browser columns may be specified for short cuts
    • Check In and Out operations may have criteria specified

      Reporting:
    • ACReport allows images to be included in report
    • giconfig report improved to provide more detail on configuration
    • Improved HTML Reports available in browser interface

    Configuration/Administration:

    • Syntax checking added to AllChange Editor
    • Shortcut-bar and folder-list shortcuts now read from configuration file
    • Help strings added for classes to help users choose
    • Lockouts added for specified days
    • Improvements to Cycle Editor/Viewer:
      • Textual annotations added to provide descriptions of the workflow
      • More predefined conditions and actions makes it easier to tailor workflows
      • Ability to save cycle diagram as an external image file, to allow inclusion in reports, documentation etc
      • Enhanced printing to allow pagination and/or scaling diagrams to fit

    Integrations:

    • CRs and Parts can now be imported from csv files
    • New integration between AllChange and IntaChange
    • Added Soap interface functionality to ACCEL
    • Extra functionality in Browser interface to bring it in line with Windows front-end
    • Improved HTML Reports available in browser interface
