CANADIAN CONSULTANCY
Our MD, Malindi Lamb recently returned from a consultancy trip to Northern Airborne Technologies (NAT), in Kelowna, Canada.
Malindi implemented their software change process in AllChange and provided a facility to create a standard configuration item architecture for NAT projects, including CIs and templates for software documentation and certification.
She also implemented various document management processes for the engineering side of the business and imported data from existing disparate systems.
Malindi comments, "NAT now have a single integrated system for their Software and Engineering departments with their own business processes implemented using AllChange with a great deal of automation and enforcement".NAT were very pleased with the results, as Steve Brunsden, General Manager summed up. "...you chose to spend additional time and effort to ensure that our requests were met while you were here, and I would like to assure you that we all appreciate your dedication to the tasks.
