RSS Feeds IntegrationEnable your end users to be made aware of an action without needing to read their email! RSS (“Really Simple Syndication” or “Rich Site Summary”) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it. RSS feed readers are commonly available — for example, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Outlook both have integrated RSS readers, and so do many mobile devices. IntaChange Enterprise generates RSS “items” corresponding to changes in its change records but only to the specific end users it is relevant to and includes:

RSS Feeds Gadget avaible for Windows 7A dedicated IntaChange Enterprise Feed Headlines Gadget (ICRSSFeed.Gadget) is now available. The screenshot shows a typical desktop with the gadget in the top right hand corner. The second screenshot shows the gadget expanded to view the full details in the RSS feed. This enables the end user to be kept fully up to date without needing to check emails or be logged into the actual application.

Create your own wizards to help your end users complete their tasksEnd users can now create their very own wizards to help them complete their tasks. The Administrator creates the wizard to specifically reflect the process and the fields the end user is supposed to complete in the first screenshot and the second screenshot shows you what the end user sees when they use the wizard.
