Voting to support approval procedures

Instances for hardware and manufacturing

Use Instances to hold information about specific occurences of a version. Perfect for Manufacturing and Engineering for linking part and serial numbers etc with Bill of Materials (BOM).

Scheduling

Schedule activities to run at specified times and intervals. This may be used, for instance, to email Change Management and Problem Management users whose assigned Change Requests (CRs) and Problems are overdue, escalate them if they have not been acted on promptly or run reports on daily activity.

Web browser URL access to pages

Create URLs to open the AllChange web browser at a specific page. Useful for example, in Problem management and change management emails sent automatically from AllChange to allow access to the Problem/Change from a link in the email.
