The 2006 AllChange User Group conference was held at Studley Castle in Warwickshire, England, on Wednesday 24th May, 2006.
In the first session, presented by Tony Collins (Business Development Director, Intasoft), users were asked about AllChange. They all agreed that AllChange is a feature-rich, low-cost, high-value, highly configurable product. Delegates were then shown AllChange's sister product, IntaChange, which was well-received, although a few dedicated AllChange followers couldn't quite see why anyone would want anything else!
The next session, presented by Paul Vickery (Senior Developer, AllChange), was an interactive session looking at the fixes and features in the forthcoming 7.2.1 release of AllChange. The proposed new features were well received, with suggestions for enhancements to those changes being voiced by many of the delegates.
The session was so active that, after a relaxed lunch in the Georgian Oak Dining Room, it was extended into the afternoon, when the users were reminded of some of the new features released in AllChange 7.2, and asked for feedback on those changes. This again produced a lively discussion of further possible improvements.
To round off the day, Tony Collins presented a Road Map of some of the longer term developments planned for AllChange.
The presentations from the day are available for download from the AllChange members' area. Feedback from the conference may be viewed and posted in the Members' forum.
